王翰 Wang Han

王翰 Wang Han

Wang Han (Chinese: 王翰; pinyin: Wáng Hàn early part eighth century[1]) was a Chinese poet of the Tang Dynasty, with one of his poems being included in the famous anthology Three Hundred Tang Poems.

Wan Han had one poem collected in Three Hundred Tang Poems, which was translated by Witter Bynner as "A Song of Liangzhou".

Drinking to pipa songs, we are summoned to fight.
醉卧沙场君莫笑,

How many warriors ever came back safe and sound?
